Having some issues with A Bluray DVD, WinDVD 9 plus and Windows 7 RC 64

I am having some problems with WinDVD 9 plus and few select titles on W7 RC 64.

It plays everything flawlessly with a few exceptions. Last night was an exception. I sat down to finally watch Indiana Jones and the Crystal Skull. Surprising, having AnyDVD HD enabled was causing problems with it not starting correctly. When I diabled it, the movie play fine... until it got to the actual feature. It played, but it jump ahead almost like was overloading the buffer. I tried it a few different ways, but I just couldn't get it to work. Nero Showtime was able to play the title from the file, but English was the DTS-HD track so it only play in spanish or french (Nero Showtime 4 only supports TrueHD).

I booted into my XP partition and it played back just fine without a "jitter".

I am tempted to think it is the hardware, but I have not had any problems with AVC and DTS-HD before on it under W7.

PS: I tried it with both the HWA on and HWA off. It didn't make a difference and jittered at the exact same points which would lead me to believe it is not hardware. One should have been better than the other.

Current System:
  • ECS Geforce6100PM-M2 AM2+/AM2 NVIDIA GeForce 6100 Micro ATX AMD Motherboard
  • AMD Athlon 64 X2 5000+ Brisbane 2.6GHz Socket AM2 65W Dual-Core Black Edition Processor (using onboard HD Realtek audio)
  • OCZ Value Series 2GB (2 x 1GB) 240-Pin DDR2 SDRAM DDR2 667 (PC2 5400) Dual Channel Kit Desktop Memory Model
  • LG GGC-H20L BD / HD DVD drive
  • POWERCOLOR HD2600PRO 512MB DDR2 R Radeon HD 2600PRO 512MB 128-bit GDDR2 HDCP Ready Video Card
  • Windows 7 RC 64 / XP Pro SP3 / WinDVD 9 plus Bluray / Nero 8 plus bluray / AnyDVD HD

It send the video out via DVI to my 720p projector at 1280x720. It sends the audio out to my receiver via analog 5.1 out.

It almost seemed like a syncing issue.

I say only a few because it has been maybe 2-3. Not more than that. Most BD-Live / BD-Plus titles are playing fine. This is the first and only time I have EVER noticed a "jitter" like this.

For example, in the opening scene where Indy is dragged out the trunk and stood in front of the russian, some dude gets out of the car. He stutters for a second and then the russian troops walking past the car a second later look like they are speed walking. Almost like some kid was slowing then speeding up the movie or something.
