Hi all,


Today I ordered a HC900 for my first projector. I am slightly nervous because this is the only projector that I considered which I did not personally demo. However, I found some of the descriptions here compelling coupled with a friend's account of its performance. That said, I have not seen any posts here which deal with installing and configuring it. (note that I saw one from Li On but it was a pre-production model) So I am asking this forum if anyone has any experience setting up this projector or even just some general advice based on your knowledge of it?

I wish I could help you out, I think this projector is a sleeper, once a couple folks actually get it and post their reviews I think this one will take off....


Up here, we won't be able to even pre-order until November so I'll be very interested in seeing your review (hint hint).....

Thanks for the reply. I suppose that your assessment is correct and I will probably be one of the first to receive this unit. It will be here at the end of the week but my room won't be finished for a couple more weeks so I suspect that by the time I have had a chance to carefully examine this projector, you Canadians will have already reviewed it Still, I am happy to write some newbie observations once it is in place. It will be important to note, however, that this is an upgrade from a 20" Samsung TV so I suppose I will be prone to exaggerate.
