Great find! Tempting to get another one.

Also looks to be a refurb as the warranty is 90/90 parts and labor which is not teh warranty of a new unit
Actually, the refurb is $319.99 Not sure what's up with the 90 day on the new unit. Might be a misprint, but definitely worth a phone call for clarification.
Take a look at eCost's Customer rating. I would not touch them with your 10' pole. Read all them Very Dissatisfied Customers feedback....Jeez

I bought my D-VHS player from them last year. It was refurbished (they did mention it), and I haven't had any problems with the unit or the customer service.
An extra $10.00 off if done through Google account.

I also bought a D-VHS player from them about 2-3 years ago, everything went great. But something have changed about them, new ownership maybe? I personally would not deal with a online vendor with that low of a rating. Been warned
ecost email today has new Tosh A1 at $379.99

I bought my HDA1 from them before I had seen the bad ratings. My transaction was fine with two minor gripes. One, the unit was not double boxed before shipping. Although it seems to be a common practice, I think something like this should be double boxed. Two, ecost uses DHL Home for their lowest cost shipping. If anyone orders from them, spend the extra couple of bucks to upgrade. DHL Home has DHL get the package to your locality and then drops the package with the USPS for delivery. That's not the best situation for tracking should you need to. At the end of the day though, the transaction was speedy and the unit is working extremely well.
Or you could just buy it from a reliable retailer like Abt electronics for $399 with free shipping and be done with it. :)
These HD DVD players need to be double boxed for safe travel. Common carriers can be very rough in-transit.
