Yesterday I received my second DVD from Netflix and it was the SD version of Serenity rather than the HD version. I recall reading a couple other complaints of this. I suspect people are using Netflix as a free "trade up" service by sending back SD versions and keeping the HD disc. This is disturbing and could really hurt online stores unless they begin physically checking each disc - which really isn't feasible with their thin margins.
Hopefully this was just a rare mistake by Netflix. However, I've had horrible luck with Netflix so far. I joined two weeks ago with the 3 at a time plan and out of four HD DVDs I put in my queue I've only received 1! Two never arrived and one was the SD version.
So respond to the poll, is this SD/HD swapping becoming a big problem?
