If anyone is interested I was a local Giant Tiger on the weekend with my girlfriend and much to my surprise they had a big bin of HD DVD's for $ 6.88 each, some of the titles they had very miami vice, balls of fury etc.

Well worth the trip to your local Giant Tiger.

Giant Tiger is only clearing out Universal titles. I grabbed Batman Begins from Futureshop for $9. Might be some there.

I checked it out and all the titles I wanted I already had. Still, took a flyer on Smoking Aces (for the price it seemed like a fair gamble and it seemed like a number of other comedies sitting on my shelf that I enjoy repeat viewings of from time to time).
