I am considering installing Nuvo Grand Concerto for Audio Distribution.

Nuvo does not have a HD Radio Tuner.

Nuvo allows up to 6 sources.

I am considering buying Denon AVR-4308Ci which has HD Radio.

Can Denon AVR 4308Ci be a source for Nuvo?

Will the meta data for the HD Radio show up on the Nuvo Keypads?

Is there any other way to distriubte HD Radio audio to various rooms in my home?

Thanks

Certainly you can use the Denon as a source for the Nuvo. You just connect the Denon preamp out to the one of the Nuvo inputs.

It's not likely however, that the metadata will show up on the Nuvo keypads.

The Niles ICS/Intellicontrol distributed audio system has an HD Radio module that provides metadata to keypads and other controllers.

I've never seen it, but it's documented in that review.

Pretty expensive system, I'd say on par with the GC. Pretty slick looking.

Installation guide for that HD tuner module:

If you want an 'over the top' system, and you're very rich, ADA/Audio Design Associates offers distributed HD radio, with metadata. Pick up the phone, call them or a dealer.

Please post back with your final decision.
