This seems to be a new problem, every couple of days I'll be watching DirecTV with my Sony HD100 and suddenly the picture disappears and I get an "Insert Valid access card" message. I need to pull the HD100 out of the rack, remove the card and reinsert it which seems to fix it for another couple of days. Nothing has changed in my setup which has been working for months.
Is my HD100 going bad or is it my access card?. I'm not sure wether to call Sony or DirecTV!.
