Just came back from my local Ken Cranes. While shopping for a HD100 alternative, the salesman told me that the HD100 is being "temporary recalled". Is this true or just a rumor? If it is, I will probably return the unit before my 30 days is over. Can anyone confirm on this? Has anyone heard about this??

just spoke to sony... level 2 guy who says there is absolutetly no truth to this at all.

Good to hear that. I think I'll call Sony for extended 30 days and call GG to see what they can do for me.
