Checked on the status of my Event# this morning. I have to admit that the 3 times that I have called, I have had the best customer service interaction then any other company or service that I have had to deal with. Matt has been my contact. He was out this morning and I talked to Eric ( he was in an office so he may have been a supervisor, not sure). Anyway, I get the impression they are trying to get this situation under control. We batted some ideas around and I gave him some OTA stations that no matter how long I watch them I never have any problems. They need to know the good with the bad. However, the other problems are still there. He did say that some of the CBS stations have cleared of the lip sync problem (actually video delay). Matt is to call me later today. We will see.
