By the way, although Niels Ferguson is afraid of publishing his work, Keith Irwin's paper on HDCP flaws has already been published.


Read it while you can...who knows how long it will be before the "powers" order it removed (as they tried to do with DeCSS).

What a coincidence... I actually figured out a way for the world to live in complete peace, but I can't release my research.

I would suggest that anybody craking HDCP waits until there are millions of devices using it before disclosing the method. This way, it will be to late to change it.
