I posted this in another forum, then realized I probably should have posted it here.

I am looking for some cheap HDMI cables that are flexible. I need 2 10 foot cables and 3-4 6 foot cables, right now I am using these.

While the cable itself is pretty flexible, I hate the ferrite cores, they dont allow me to make sharp bends where the cable is plugged into my equipment.

I was thinking of these, but reviews say you need 3-4 inches behind your equipment because they are stiff.

I wish monoprice had some 28awg cables without the ferrite cores that would be perfect.

What I am doing is putting a wall shelf above my television to put my ps3 and xbox 360 on, and I would say the back of the systems will be about 2 inches from the wall, so I need a cable that will make that bend and go down from there.

I also found this on Ebay, anyone have any experience with these cables? Thanks.

We have 28 AWG without ferrites, both in Chinese and US cable stocks. I'm not familiar with the eBay seller you mention.

What do the Ferrite Cores do and are they necessary for HDMI?
