Hi everyone,

I have the Samsung 8500 LED tv and just got BDP-S570. What would be good 6 foot HDMI cable for it?

I read so many threads about it that i am lost and confused.

thx,

while all of that is true, at 6 feet, it's overkill...

Just remember to check that it is a "high speed" cable not a "standard speed" cable for 1080p (including 3D) output. Probably doesn't matter for 6 feet but never-the-less it is good to know the cable was certified for 1080p. "High speed" and "standard speed" are the only two types of speeds that are allowed by the HDMI Organization, despite some manufacturers putting 1.3 or 240Hz or 9 terrahertz on their packaging.

I did not see any of that info on BJC webpage.

do you think this cable would do the job?

it definitely would, but it's overkill for the application at hand.
