HDMI Connections

I need some help. Our church has 2 LCD televisions. We have an HDMI cable ran from the back of the videocard of the computer to the tv. We now need to put the same picture on a new tv. We would like to also show live camera feeds on the second tv. What sort of box or adapters do we need? Thanks
