Looking for some expert advice on getting a new HTIB. I'd like to have HDMI inputs and rear wireless speakers. I have a 65" Mitsubishi DLP, but will not be able to convince the wife to run speaker wires so wireless rears are a necessity.


Anyone have any recommendations of new systems that are available (ideally) below $500?

The ones with wireless rears right now are usually integrated DVD units without HDMI inputs.


You could pair a Rocketfish wireless kit to any of your choice of HTIB with HDMI inputs, but the kit tacks on $100. And if you're expecting to use HDMI audio, don't count on finding much totaling below $500, if any.
