Samsung dlp model HLS6187wx/xaa. Connected to cable box and no picture or sound. Message no signal when HDMI 1 or 2 in is being used. I tried connecting my Blu Ray direct to tv to test if it was the cable box but still no luck. I reset the tv to factory settings from service menu and HDMI ports are still not recognizing when there is a connection. Is there a way to know if the ports are active? I read that on some forum by just googling could this be a mother board issue?
