I have a Sharp D42L64U (no banding issues
)
Devices hooked up to it:
Rogers HDTV Digital Cable Box (uses HDMI)
PS3 (uses HDMI)
Nfusion Satelitte Receiver (Uses Component)
And maybe one more component/one more hdmi
I dont want all these wires running to my LCD TV.
I rather have a receiver so that I only have ONE wire running to my TV (HDMI).
I am not using any speakers in my setup (Im using my TV speakers) so I dont really need some hi-end audio receiver. Just need something for my hdmis/components/others
What kind of receiver should I be looking at? Am i going to be spending a lot?
Here are my choices (I got a friend that works at futureshop so i can get staff purchase)
http://www.futureshop.ca/catalog/sub...&page=0&sort=3
Sony 5.1-Channel HDMI Receiver (STRDG510)
Sony 6.1 Channel HDMI Receiver (STRDG710)
Yamaha 5.1 Channel A/V Receiver (HTR6030B)
Harman Kardon 5.1 Channel A/V Receiver With HDMI Switching (AVR 146) (EXPENSIVE)
I am open to other models as well not listed on that site, perhaps I can order it online.
Thank you for the help!
