I have an older but really good HD LCD TV. The problem is it only has one HDMI input. My HD cable box only has an HDMI output and RCA cords. My Blu-Ray only has an HDMI output and RCA cords. So I'm left with either constantly unplugging the HDMI cable and moving it from Blu-Ray player to cable box, or using RCA cords for one source. Neither is particularly a good option, so....

Are there HDMI adapters that I can use to split the end of the HDMI cable attached to the TV into two Female plugs, so I can run two HDMI's into the one input on the tv?

Got this when I moved into my apartment...works great with my Roku, 360, and PS3. It includes a remote so you can setup a harmony remote to auto switch it for you, or you can just rely on it's auto sensing. Sometimes it switches properly to a newly activated HDMI port...sometimes not...I think it gets it right most of the time. Can't do much better for the price.

just noticed one on there that looks almost identical...probably just a rebranded generic switch...goes for just slightly less than the one above:
