Is there a list of all available HDTV make and models...

I am looking for one that is:

(1) Silent

(2) WideScreen (16:9)

(3) Capable of supporting conversion to 720p or 1080i

(4) Should be Non RPT

Please correct me if what i am looking for is not valid.
