I have had HDTV through cable for the past three months and all has been well up until about a week ago. I am now getting very frequent video pixilation and audio drop outs (5-10 occurance per minute) on all HD channels.


Any thoughts on what could be causing this? Called cable company and all they told me was to check the connections which I did.


Do not think it can be a connection problem as I have not touched anything since the original install. Any help would be appreciated.

I would look at the connections. The cables are heavy and can pull out a little over time. Is it one channel? Channel 2 has been having their fair share of problems, just look at the Superbowl complaints. If it is on all channels I would tend to think the receiver has gone wacko.
