I am building a house, I am trying to figure out a satellite system or antenna wiring layout. I currently have cable TV. So this is new to me. I am wiring everything to a central location, such as a network closet, etc.
First question, Do I need the satellite boxes for each TV for all the rooms?
Obviously I want to have the flexible way of having kids watching one program and me another.
Second, I need some sort of wiring diagram, that will also include a outdoor HD antenna if I decide to install one later, and not pay for HD through the satellite provider. This would be a big maybe.
Third, what type of options are available if I needed to mount the satellite box on one side of the room and a flat panel TV on the other. What sort of cabling would work.
Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks
