I have a plv 60 set up with the back of the unit about 6 inches from the back wall; however, the manual recommends 3 feet secondary to the rear exhaust. My solution has been to mount a second fan perpendicular to the rear of the unit and blow the hot air out sideways. Any thoughts? Is this helping?
