anyone has a recommendation for a very angled tube to place on the heat exhaust of an HX1 with a rear wall very close by ?
thanks. |
In reality HX1 has three exhausts: 0.97, 0.28 and 0.08 m^3/min. The best solution would be have a tube, connected to entire PJ's back side. But if you need it very angled, you have to check that narrowest place along the tube has about 320 sm^2 square, tube should not be more than 15 sm length and have not more than one angle not larger than 135 degrees.
If you need tube with other geometry for your setup, I suggest an additional fan in the tube, otherwise you may have issues with overheating. The fan performance (in terms of airflow and supported static pressure) may be calculated based on the tube's geometry and data of HX1 airflow I mentioned above. Such calculations will allow you to choose the proper fan.
