Hello guys im confused in how to wire my speakers to behringer a500 amp. Im was told i needed a pre amp but im not sure which preamp will work with it, im in a low budget so i dont want to spend more than 40$ in a preamp. also what cables do i use? Thanks for the help guys you are awsome:D

Are you using a turntable? You show a phono preamp. That would not be a good choice if you aren't using a turntable.

Speakers have two wires, normally with some marking to distinguish + and -. Connect one speaker to the top two outputs, connect the other to the bottom two. Red is where the power is and should connect to the + side of the speaker.

Surely the Owners Manual for the speakers and the amplifier will clearly instruct you on connecting them.

And the preamp would be connected to the amp either using 2 balanced audio cables (for left and right) or 2 unbalanced (RCA) audio cables. Not sure you'll find any preamp for $40.
