Hello, I posted a thread up at talk tech so I thought I could get some advise from you guys as well. I was so sure I was set on 12 Dayton Nd140s per side but my wife asked me to do 9 instead for height sake. So now I'm thinking of moving to a 6-1/2 and doing nine per side of those. But saw that if crossed to a tweeter too high you could run into comb filtering issues. So I have a small list of drivers and was hoping to get a tally on what would you use if you were building an array. I want impact, if I could get to 60-70 hz I'd be fine. I just want clarity, dynamic, chest thumping audio. It would be nice if I didn't have to wait until august for the nd140s also. Id like to be able to cross to the tweeters somewhat high, tweeters are not chosen yet. This will be managed by a behringer deq2496 (maybe mini dsp, would that work as eq and crossover?)

Or stick with 9 nd140s and wait until August for the drivers?
Thanks
Dan
PS if you have other suggestions in the price I'm looking let me know. This has to be aesthetically pleasing as well do the aura 6-1/2" is out.
