help choosing projector screen size

Room details - I'll have a false wall with an AT screen mounted on it. Seating will be 12' from the screen. The total wall size available for the screen is 184" wide x 84" tall. I'm looking at either a 120" screen (actual dimensions with frame 111" x 65") or a 135" screen (124" x 72").

I'm thinking 120" is the right choice, but part of me wants to squeeze in the bigger screen. A couple questions about the larger screen that I'd love opinions on:

1. Is 12' going to be too close for seating with a 135" screen?
2. With the 135" screen, the bottom of the picture is only going to be about 1 foot above floor level. Is that going to have a negative impact on the viewing experience

thanks!

Personal choice. Some people like to sit in the front of a theater, others in the back. Can you project onto the wall and see what feels better to you?

I am a front row person. Always have been. The key is immersion. Do you enjoy being immersed in life? Or do you prefer to view life from a distance.

I sit 8 1/2 feet from a 53x144" curved screen. I am 78 years young and I still prefer immersion.

thanks for the replies. I'll probably try and set up a sheet and test things out when I get to that point. I think I'm more worried about the bottom of the screen being too low than I am sitting too close.
