I wonder if anyone else has seen this problem. For prior background regarding my setup read here . Now, the problem at hand: When I display a 1080i signal from my Dish 6000 STB there's a flickering motion on the screen that makes the picture hard to watch. I don't know how to describe it but as horizontal flickering lines with varying intensity. I don't have a digital camera so I tried taking some crude screenshots with my lowly 35mm camera:

You can't see them that well in the pictures but they are very annoying on the real screen. The flickering also seems to diminish as you go up in resolution (they're very apparent at 1080i from the STB, less noticeable at 600p from my HTPC, and very faint at 720p from the 6000. I do not believe it's a ground loop as the lines are stationary and do not roll up or down the screen. I also don't believe it's the STB since the lines are not present when connected to my Toshiba HDTV. Any ideas?
