I believe you can actually order a 3030 remote direct from SB. It's about $30 if my memory is correct.

Quickest way to get back up and running would be to buy the $20 15-2103 from Radio Shack, use setup code VCR/0616 and then program the missing buttons using the advanced codes listed on my site.
