I bought a new PB6200 last May from Visual Apex. Last December I noticed several dust blobs. You could only see them during very dark scenes. Benq tech support was AWESOME. They offered to fix my unit or send me a refurbished hot-swap. I chose the hot-swap and it also had dust blobs. Then they sent me a brand new unit. It was perfect and I still have more than 2 years left on the warranty!
