HELP! It's worth to replace Gigaworks S750 for a Sony HTSF 2300

Hi, I'm new here, but I've been reading this forum for a long time... Well, I have a Gigaworks S750 PC Speakers (considered the best speakers for PC), but I can't hook-up my PS3. So I want to replace them for a Sony HTSF 2300, it's worth to do that? Is the HTSF 2300 better than the Gigaworks S750?
