The Costco model has a matte bezel and a PC input, otherwise they're exactly the same aside from the screen size difference. A big decision that you need to make is do you want a 42" screen or a 46" screen? Costco also adds one year to the factory warranty and gives you their 90 day return policy. Me, i'd pick the Costco 46 incher and not look back.

Claimed contrast specs are useless - they just sound good to the marketing department. Both models will have the exact same contrast specs, whatever they may be.
