I got the LG 47LG90 for between 500 and 1000, and could exchange it for the Sony Set. Looking at both sets they both seemed good with the picture looking sharper/better on the LG (but I could not play with the adjustments so really hard to know). Has anyone been availabe to evaluate both sets and could recommend one over the other. My analysis is

LG Pros:

LED Backlit

Lots of color adjustments

LG Cons:

Video processing


Sony pros:

Better looking (thinner, etc)

Video Processing

Sony Cons:

Sparkles?
