Help me find a <$100 DVD Player

I need a DVD player that has both optical and coaxial audio inputs and HDMI video input. A Component input would be a plus, also if it was region free I would be in heaven (considering the PQ was good). I don't care about upconverting as I'm not a believer that they improve PQ. Maybe with DLP but I couldn't notice it on my Maxent plasma. BTW, The Toshiba SDK850 met all my requirements but there was no way of turning off an annoying blue light that came on. Lastly it can't have any annoying lights without being able to completely disable them. HELP!

Get a Philips 642, has all the inputs and plays almost everything, under $60 now, save the $40 for a few 30 packs.......

There is a Sony and Panasonic players under $100, i too really dont believe or see any difference in upconvert either.

Also a Sylvannnia out there for under $100 that has a faroudja chip.
