I just brought a brand new Harmony one remote tonight and after all the installation and setup, I tried to use it and the touch screen has no response as all. I call still see all the display from the screen, it's just not responding to any touch.

It' too late to call you support now. Did I miss anything or I'm just so lucky to get a lemon one???

Found out I got an Lemon.


I got another one from the store today, it's working great now.
