I'm stumped. Finally got Saving Private Ryan DVD with DTS and I'm not getting any sound after choosing DTS. I'm playing it through a Pioneer DV-414 which is supposedly DTS capable and have it connected it to the coax input on the Sony DB930. Input mode is set to Auto. It defaults to Prologic but there's no sound when playing the movie.

As an experiment, I selected Dolby Surround at the opening screen and the audio plays ok. Any suggestions would be much appreciated.

The DTS/SPR has presented some problems to users of all sorts of DVD players. My Proceed PMDT would also not play DTS ONLY on this disc, till Madrigal did a SW update. According to them, not all DTS is the same algorithm, hence some players do not see the DTS bitstream.
