Hi everyone. New here to AVS and hoping to get some advice. I have a new Pionere sc-37 and have spent much of the afternoon setting it up. Sounds great through my BD player. However, when I populate the net two HDMI ports with a Roku and a Popcorn hour, there is a loud hum that is present when ever there is any output at all to the speakers. Even in test mode. Is there a way around this rather than disconnecting the components? Thanks in advance.

You have to plug in both devices before you get hum? You can't isolate it to one of those two you mentioned?

First I have heard of a device connected via HDMI causing hum.

I tested the system again today. Perhaps it's not interference from the other devices since the noise is audible no matter which is plugged in. It seems like at extremely low volume, there is a humming/static type noise from all sources. If the HDMI source is turned off it's gone. Do Pioneer amps have high noise?
