Help please with picking a tv

I've been working on this a few days, and every time I come close to making a decision I find a problem with the one I choose. What I'm looking for is a 65" RPTV that displays at 720p/1080i. I want a good picture, decent features (tuner not important), and a price under 4000, the lower the better of course. I'd previously looked at the Mitsubishi's but when I found out they wont even convert a 720p signal, letalone display one, that choice dropped off. Does anyone have some suggestions on what to look at? I have no idea anymore. Also if you suggest something, please post who may carry them if you know. Can't get anything online because we're looking at a 0% financing thing which almost all the stores around here offer. Thanks in advance for any suggestions & help.
