Since i am newbee to AVS, i would like to say Hi to all.

I would like you advice and guidance , as I am planning to complete my Basement soon, and dedicate a room for the home theater setup , I do have :

Energy RC-70 ( 1 pair)
Energy RC- LCR ( 3 piece)
Energy RC-10 (1 pair)
SUB : Bic Acoustech PL-200 Subwoofer
Receiver : Yamaha 7 Channel Receiver RXV1075B (7.2)

Basement size : 14 w * 17 L * 7.5 H ( will be 7' after the basement finished).

Please ,Since I am new to Home theaters set up: I do have few questions.

1. Should I need an amplifier to run the RC 70 or Yamaha RXV should be able to drive ?
2. Since I do have 3 RC-LCR, 1 will be for the Center Channel, can i use other 2 RC-LCR
act as Surround speakers, as i could not find RC-R ?

Thanks in advance.

You Sub is very weak. I would go with SVS PB-2000 or HSU or some ID brand

You don't need an external amp; but I would have looked at options of Denon or Marantz AVR

I add a vote for a better sub.

As per the quote above.
SVS and HSU are good choices.
I will add PSA (Power Sound Audio) for another good brand to look at.
