Considering this is not a common brand that's mentioned on here I would try contacting the manufacturer directly to try and get this resolved.
Good luck,

Considering this is not a common brand that's mentioned on here I would try contacting the manufacturer directly to try and get this resolved.I recently switched from iPhone to Samsung, and I'm having trouble getting my two Syzygy 870s to handshake with the v2 app. The app doesn't 'see' either sub. Tried a Chromebook and still doesn't connect. I reloaded the v2 firmware update; the subs connect to the wireless transmitter fine. Any suggestions?
Also, can anyone confirm with confidence that by reloading the v2 firmware, the subs lost all their previous settings (level, PEQ, digital room correction results)? So at least I would know that the subs are "dumb and reset" at this point....
Darrell, sadly, Syzygy is out of business and looking for a service center has not been successful.Considering this is not a common brand that's mentioned on here I would try contacting the manufacturer directly to try and get this resolved.

Thanks, I’ll check…Are you sure it's just not a setting on your phone that's at fault? Can you see other devices? Supposedly the app uses the BLE protocol and there's a number of possible Android settings that can interfere with discovery. Or maybe it just doesn't work.....
