Hi,
I have been reading the forum for a while and decided to import a sharp 10k into the UK. We pay a lot for projectors here and the sharp sells for nearly $15000.
I paid less than half that and was pleased to receive a double boxed unit with no dead pixels or noisy fan (fingers crossed it stays that way).
I have wired up my DVD via component video, no problems but my sky satellite box has a scart with RGB and composite outputs. I have tried taking the RGB signals (live/earth) to three RCA connectors but the PJ will not show a picture. Someone said I nead a sync signal also. My question is how can I get the syc signal onto the green feed. I don't want to use 4 cables. Is there a method for wiring the 3 cable RGB into the scart that provides sync for the PJ.
PS - The projector is amazing but as it is my first I don't feel qualified to compare except to say that value for money is way better than anything else I have seen.
Roger.
