Depending on your usage I would consider a low power series of AMD processor, BE 45W.


I am not a fan of generic power supplies. I would by a case without one a buy a quality PSU.


Don't know where you are planning on putting this HTPC but you may be concerned about noise in which case be careful what PSU you buy and upgrade your CPU cooler to something like a Arctic Cooler, they are cheap
