Hi all,


Has anyone gotten the iPad app working with their Comcast service and Xfinity? I have the Motorola DCH3416 which is listed as a supported DVR, and I set it up. I am able to schedule recordings using the iPad app. If I set the recording, I can verify that it is scheduled on the DVR. However, I am not able to use the application to change the channel using the schedule on the ipad. It simply does nothing. If I hit the "test" button it does not show the set name on my TV as it should.


I figured I would ask here if anyone else had the problem, before I contact tech support if they will be of any help.

Haven't tried it yet, send me your IPAD and I will diagnose, ASAP.
