What would be a good card to upscale blu ray and 108op mkv to 4k no gaming just blu and mkv playback on a vw600es. Computer will be in a separate room so noise and heat isnt a huge concern. I was planning on buying a g3258 and r9 270x from micro center but open to suggestions.

You'll need a GTX 970 or something else with equal or better performance if you want 1080p > 4k NNEDI3 @ 32 neurons.
