Help with kicker/Rockford fosgate

What's up guys don't know much about car audio and recently ordered a new kicker, it's max RMS handling is 300 watts. My Rockford fosgate amps max RMS output is 325. Will I be good? Is there certain settings I should change in my radio so I don't blow my new kicker?


For specifics it's a Kicker 40CWS122 12" CompS Car Subwoofer

And my amp is a Rockford fosgate punch p325-1
