help with powerstrip and philips 42pf9630a..

I have a 42"phillips (plasma) attached to the htpc via DVI to HDMI and whenever i attempt to set the "native resolution" provided by phillips through powerstrip i get a blank screen

i an running a 6600gt and the "native res" is 1366X768, i can get 1280X720 to come up but both sides of the desktop are larger that the screen..(overscan?)


anyway to bring in the sides of the desktop to fit the TV?
