I recently bought a Proceed PAV & PDSD at Audiogon to use with my Proceed 2 and 3 channel amps. Everything is fine, except one of the triggers has been set to close a switch rather than originate a 12 or 5 volt DC pulse. I need a DC pulse to switch the other amp between standby and on. The on-screen menu says this is an internal setting. The Santa Barbara dealer doesn't want to touch the unit for fear becoming liable should something break. Does anyone out there know what an internal reset of a trigger entails? Could you lead me through the procedure? Is it as easy as a slide switch, or, as I suspect, a lead that must be soldered?

Thanks in advance for any help.

Thanks a lot bruceko. As an interim solution, I used a Y connector to feed the output of a single trigger to both amps. Seems to work just fine, but next time I remove the unit from the rack, I make the switch.

Again, thanks.
