Hi,

I'm looking for any advice on how one would set this up. The system will be in a dedicated theater room.

Equipement

Paradigm studio 100 v.4
Paradigm studio 20 v.4
Paradigm studio cc-590 v.4
PSB SubSeries 500 Subwoofer
Denon AVR 3808CI
Denon PMA-2000IVR (power amp direct input as well as preamp-level output)
Turntable - not sure what model yet

At the moment here is what I've been contemplating.

Paradigm studio 100 to PMA2000IVR via the pre outs on the 3808CI (bi-wiring???)
Paradigm studio 20 to 3808CI
Paradigm studio cc-590 to 3808CI
PSB SubSeries 500 Subwoofer via pre out on the to 3808CI
Turntable off of the PMA2000IVR and bypassing the receiver

Or something completely different...

Personally... I'd hook everything to the 3808CI as specified in the manual and use the PMA2000IVR elsewhere for stereo only usage. Or perhaps... look into a speaker A/B switch if you want the 3808 for theater and 2000 for stereo using the main front speakers.

I see no reason to complicate the setup with two amps.

I was wanting to feed power to the loudspeakers especially with the capabilities of the PMA and the richness of the sound for stereo listening especially via a turntable. Any point using as a pre amp?
