Assembling the frame is a piece of cake but there are no instructions about how the support rails (I have 2) are properly installed. The brackets on the end of the support rails are spaced so that they will not fit either inside or outside of the corresponding brackets on the screen. So how do you install them? Is the top bracket of the support rail placed outside of the top bracket of the screen. If so, it is going to be difficult to get the bottom bolts in.

This is a beautifully made screen but I am really disappointed at the quality of the instructions. There is absolutely nothing in the box that tells you how these support rails mate with the screen.

Anyone know the answer?

I finally figured it out. The support rail brackets are not quite right, a little too close together. I reamed out the holes a bit and that allowed me to spread the support brackets enough for them to fit.

Question: Has anyone ever snapped the screen in place with the frame on the wall already? The directions do have you snapping it from behind anyway. Sure would love to not have to take that frame back down and wrestle with those too tight brackets putting it back up.

hi

i had the same experience as you and i was also very disappointed by the quality of the instructions.

i snapped the screen in place with the frame on the wall, you have to be carful but is doable and i think i have even a bigger screen than you (3 support rails 110')
