slow down, tiger!


press and hold the power button on your ps3 to reset the settings. if that doesn't work, make sure you have slected 1080p in the settings menu. hook it up to another tv if you have to.

Are you going straight to the display from the PS3:

1) PS3->HDMI to 32lg50

or

2) PS3->HDMI->AVR->HDMI to 32lg50


Whats the configuration your using?

Did you call customer support? Because when shiz is f-ed up that's usually a good first step.


Good second step would be to buy a dictionary, seriously. You'll thank me later.

did you try this?

yeah.. still the same.. so shld i call sony or lg.. im runnin at 1080i now.. no prob at all.. so guys.. any big or significant dif btw 1080i n 1080p????

I can't find specs on your LG display....are you certain that it can output 1080p?

is it 32 inches? i wouldn't think at that size it would matter that much. but there must be a way to make it work.

tts wad making my day veri bad.. its 1am here in hong kong.. i drove to a 24hr store jz to get a new hdmi n it still dun work.. n lg is closed!! haha..

Is that a 1080P TV? The LG site says that it is only 1366X768.

Kind of running out of ideas here....it looks as if it maybe a display issue. Do you have any other HD devise you could try at 1080p - HD DVD, another PS3, stand alone BR player...etc..?

yeah dude.. me too.. imagine i was so tight up abt it i went to get a new hdmi cable when im using monster! lol.. anyway thanks alot for ur ideas.. yeah.. it said 1080p 24hz playable thou its reso is 1366 x 768..at the roadshow where i bought it show 1080p with no prob.. i will call them first thing in the morning thou its 2am now.. doubt i can slp tonite.. im veri fussy abt my tech stuffs.. lol.. i bought this tv to match my mark levinson hifi.. damn it.. lol..
