OK guys, I am trying to get an idea of dates that would work for people.

I am thinking about a january time frame.

I would like people to chime in on possible dates.

Here are some specs on the room:

27'*15' acoustically treated

Panasonic AE2000 in 2.35 Scope CIH

VP50 video scaler

HD-DVD

DVD audio

SACD

7 speakers

2 subs... something new

Itai have any pictures? First three weeks of January would be a good time frame for me as well.

Art that's a lot of inlaws at once..

Don, I am really offended that my description is not enough... I will post pics tonight.

Art, I am sure we can find a time to accomodate... enjoy the inlaws.

Itai;

Karin and I are definitely in. Dates in general should not be an issue. One watch out though is the AVS Shootout, which was tentatively targeted for the Jan/Feb time frame. I am not sure if Alan & gang have set a definitive date yet.

I vote for the weekend of jan 19th. I assume you're looking at a Saturday? I'm busy the 5th and 12th already, hence my vote for the 19th - if that counts for anything!

Definitely cool to have a meet coming up...

Okay, so here's my summary of the thread so far...Craig's giddy like a school girl for this meet, Don's never home but he's going to get this in his schedule somehow, Axel's already trying to make his excuse for when he backs out later, and Art has way too much family (lucky guy)...

Don't ask me where this came from, I'm just waiting to get out of here to start my (long) weekend!
