I hope someone can help me for High VHF:

I live in Bohemia, NY 11716, approx 46 miles west of Manhattan, NYC.

I currently have a Antennas Direct Clearstream 4 TV Antenna mounted on a 3' tripod on the peak of the roof (about 30' agl)
I receive 39 channels including all the major networks except ABC, Channel 7 (real and Virtual 7)
I tried the Antennas Direct VHF Kit, but was not able to pull in any VHF channels, I also clamped a 4' pvc pole to raise the VHF antenna higher then the UHF antenna. This resulted in less UHF channels and still no VHF. I also tried the VHF antenna alone and did not receive any stations.

My question is there a good VHF antenna to reach the 45 mile tower, that I can mount to the mast, without disturbing my current UHF reception?
Or is there a single antenna that can receive both UHF and VHF signals at this distance.

Any help is much appreciated. Thanks
